This crucial aspect compares to 18 gauge (1mm) frame thickness used on alternative models. 600 / 607 frame is extremely strong and able to withstand the rigours of regular contract use. | We use generously contoured, thick plywood boards for long term, durable comfort. Alternative models use plastic casings on both seat & back, which often crack, even under light use. The heavy-duty plywood boards are T-Nut mounted to the sturdy frame, allowing for users to handle the chair at any point, without damaging the product. | The contoured ply boards are fitted with high-density, high-elasticity foam for optimum comfort. Unlike alternative models, 600 / 607 chair foams are suitable for sustained, severe contract use. Our standard fabric is Severe-Contract, Crib 5 Tweed, providing excellent levels of comfort, warmth and durability. |
