A small order, Poltimore House is a good example of how our expertise successfully translates to projects of all sizes.

The Customer

Like many of our customers, Poltimore House is a charity run by volunteers.  Money is raised through various funding streams, including local events organised by the volunteers.

We were contacted by Dave Mogford of Poltimore House, with a view to offer a competitive quotation for a previously sourced product.

Our Service

Appreciating that cost was a significant factor, Kirkhouse evaluated the general requirements of the tables and found that an alternative solution may have been more viable.

Not only did we quote for the original request, we also quoted for our suggested alternative.  Differences were highlighted both by telephone and in our details quotations.

Unique Aspects

Paltimore House had identified our Economy Folding Table for their application, however on closer consideration, there was a requirement for outdoor use, for which the ultimate solution was far better suited.

Outcomes

Where originally Mr Mogford had anticipated an order for six tables, he was able to secure a more suitable solution of 10 tables at a similar price.  The product being lower in cost and more appropriate for the application.

In total, Kirkhouse supplied 10 Lifetime folding tables.
